Join us Thursday, April 8, 2021 for our annual Global Meetings Industry Day (GMID) celebration. Our event community is gathering for an afternoon of socializing, collaborating, and celebrating. IAEE SE is proud to partner with PCMA Southeast, GSAE, SITE Southeast, and MPI Georgia for this event.

This year’s Atlanta-area event will take place at The American Hotel. We’re planning a unique program that greatly impacts our community, as the meetings & events industry unites to showcase the real impact meetings and events have on businesses, economies and communities. You won’t want to miss it.

The theme for GMID this year is Meet Safe. We will hear from industry professionals on protocols for hosting safe in-person events from food & beverage to socially distanced set-ups. Learn what has worked and what is continually evolving. Representatives from The American Hotel will speak about the Hilton EventReady program including hybrid solutions.  A representative from Connect Meetings will also discuss their successful meeting in October, what they learned from it and what safety protocols they are putting in place for their upcoming meetings.

Let’s show the world how the Atlanta event community comes together and rallies on our industry’s biggest day of the year.
