The IAEE Southeastern Chapter is proud to have our president Steven Hacker, CAE as the speaker for our April luncheon. Please join us as he shares the latest news and information about IAEE and the issues that are important to the industry and your events. As customary, he will allow plenty time for discussion with chapter members to learn about your issues and concerns. This is a meeting that you do not want to miss!!

As President of the International Association of Exhibitions and Events, Steven has succeeded in building membership from less than 2,600 individuals in 1992 to 9,000 today. IAEE now includes as important component parts the Center for Exhibition Industry Research, the IAEE Public Events Council, the Exhibition Industry Foundation, and IAEE Services, Inc.

April Chapter Charity - Shepherd's Hope

shepherdshopeIn keeping with our 2010 theme, "A Year of Giving", we are spotlighting Shepherd's Hope in Florida.  Shepherd's Hope provides free medical care for the uninsured in the state of Florida. The program currently has more than 2000 volunteers, many of whom are doctors and nurses. The organization is seeing a huge influx of working people who are either not offered insurance, or who can no longer afford it. Combined with the high unemployment, the need is greater than ever. Click here to view their website and read more of their story.

When registering for the event, please consider Shepherd's Hope and a donation of $5 added to your registration fees.  Thank you in advance for your support.
